Regional Manager

Job Description

  • Conduct selection, induction, training and, scheduling of candidates in assigned areas.
  • Planning, communicating job prospects through mail/phone or in person, monitoring and reviewing completed work. Inflict policies and procedures provided by the management.
  • Provide regional sales information and recommendation for strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and complete sales action plans. Improvise customer service standards. Identify new trends, resolve problems, provide sales improvements and implement the necessary change.
  • Identify new customers, Maintain and expand current customer base. Maintain good rapport with key customers.
  • Recommend new product opportunities, service and package changes.
  • Keep track of competitors.
  • Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparation of annual budgets, analyze expenditures and initiate corrective measures.

Area Manager

Job Description

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of FIP products through existing and new consumer base.
  • Accomplish the targets set for your allocated area.
  • Ascertain, administer and expand the customer base.
  • Allocate specific targets for your team.

Territory Manager

Job Description

  • Sales of FIP products to doctor’s offices, pharmacies, private clinics and hospitals.
  • Establish, manage and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor the market and gather research on competitor products.
  • Prepare daily call logs and weekly meeting reports and submit to management.
  • Meeting the well defined targets.
  • Regular Product knowledge up gradation by attending workshops and seminars.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Should be able to negotiate and close calls.
